Delete your MockPro account

MockPro (iOS and Android) is published by Tyler Misyak as an individual developer. This page explains how to delete your MockPro account, or only some of your data, and what happens to it.

Delete it in the app

1. Open MockPro and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm twice: once to start, then Yes, Delete Everything.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. If you signed in with Apple, MockPro also revokes its access to your Apple ID.

Delete it without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address you signed up with, or include your MockPro username so we can find the account. We'll confirm by replying, then delete the account.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You can delete single things in the app without deleting your account:

• Mock drafts, big boards and scouting reports: open the My Content tab (or your profile) and delete the item. A mock entered in a league or on the leaderboard can't be deleted while it is entered.
• Comments: open the comments on the post and delete your comment.
• Likes and follows: unlike the post, or unfollow the account.
• Leagues you created: open the league and tap Delete League.

For anything else, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and say what you want deleted. Send it from the email address you signed up with, or include your MockPro username. We'll confirm by replying.

What is deleted

• Your profile and personal information
• Everything you created: mock drafts, big boards and scouting reports, published or not
• Your comments and likes on other people's content
• Your followers and the accounts you follow
• Your league memberships and leaderboard entries
• Leagues you created, for every member
• Your answers to the weekly question, your reports, blocks and push notification tokens

What is kept, and for how long

• Notifications already sent to other people (for example "Sam started following you") stay in their notification list as they were sent.
• Backups that contain your information are overwritten within 30 days of the deletion.
• Information we are required to keep by law (for example, for fraud prevention) is kept only as long as that requires.
